Description

Осигуряване на надеждна хидроизолация и структурна стабилност на покрива чрез ремонт или подмяна на повредени елементи. Обектът е жилищна кооперация в гр.Сопот, с  приблизителна площ на покрива 260-280 кв.м.

Основни дейности:

  • Оглед и диагностика – установяване на щетите (течове, счупени керемиди, компрометирана изолация и др.).
  • Демонтаж на стари материали – премахване на повредените керемиди, греди, улуци и изолация.
  • Поправка на конструкцията – подмяна на изгнили или повредени елементи.
  • Полагане на нова хидроизолация – мембрани, воалит, битумни или PVC покрития.
  • Монтаж на покривно покритие – керемиди, ламарина, битумни шиндли и др.
  • Довършителни работи – подмяна на улуци, обшивки, водосточни тръби.
